How do you deal with a nightmare customer? Not just a jerk, but someone who's such a scary customer, you don't even want their money? We recently had to ask ourselves this very question.
How do you support free speech, while at the same time, protect yourself from being associated with people that abuse free speech? We offer a podcast hosting service, and we love every one of our customers. We feel blessed to have each one of them on board. But we recently had a customer come on that we wanted nothing to do with. Hear how I handled the situation, and decide for yourself if I did the right thing.
